Alta "Bee" Mahoney, 90 of Marion, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Wyndmoor of Marion.

Bee was born on August 2, 1932, in Marion, Indiana to Emmett and Zetta (Swift) Woodcock, and was the oldest of 11 siblings. She was married to Russell Mahoney who preceded her in death in 2017. Bee was a fun loving woman who had no trouble making friends. She loved to laugh and dance, or "twist". She enjoyed getting on the CB radio, laying in the sun and camping. She loved her family and her precious dog, Ginger.

Bee was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett and Zetta Woodcock, husband, Russell Mahoney, children, Steve Crabtree and Tonya Crabtree, and siblings, John Woodcock, James Woodcock, Janet Pridavka, and Charles Fenwick.

Loving survivors include her children, Jimmy Crabtree of Texas, Jeff Crabtree of Louisiana, Sharon Mahoney of Lancaster, Indiana, and Lisa Solomon of Decatur, Indiana, 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and siblings, William Woodcock of Marion, Patricia (Bud) Smith of Huntington, Sue Wood of Virginia, Lee Fenwick of Marion, and Roger Fenwick of Virginia.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home located at 203 N. Matilda St. Warren, IN 46792, on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. A funeral service will begin at 3:00PM with Pastor Mel Zumbrun officiating.
