Carol S. Joyner, 84, of Hartford City, IN, passed away at 4:51 PM on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at The Waters of Hartford City. She was born on Tuesday, June 11, 1940, in North Wilkesboro, NC. Carol attended high school in North Carolina. She was a business owner and had sold shoes at the Carolina mall in Concord, NC. Carol enjoyed animals, gardening, and coloring. She also loved going to the beach, listening to music, and cooking.

Carol will be forever missed by her Daughters - Jacqueline Efird, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Melissa Iacobacci, Fairborn, OH, 5 Grandchildren, and 5 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Father - Frank Stegall, Mother - Mable L. (Stegall) Moss, Step Father- Carl Moss and Daughter - Kimberly Orlando.

There will be no services at this time.
