Donald Dee Carroll, 89 of rural Marion, Blackford County, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Heritage Pointe of Warren.

Donald was born on December 6, 1935, at home in Blackford County, Indiana, to Arthur and Naomi (Buttz) Carroll. He graduated from Roll High School in 1953 and married Carolyn Ford on April 27, 1956. Donald retired in 1995 from Gripco in Montpelier, Indiana.  He loved bowling, playing golf, farming, as well as building and flying remote-controlled airplanes. Donald was devoted to his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Naomi Carroll, and daughter, Kim Coratti.

Loving survivors include his wife of 68 years, Carolyn Carroll, son, Don Rusty (Sherri) Carroll, son-in-law, Mike Coratti, and grandchildren, Craig Carroll and Daniel Carroll.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home, located at 203 N. Matilda Street, Warren on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 5-7 pm. A funeral service will follow at 7 pm. Burial will take place privately in Gardens of Memory rural Marion, Indiana.
