Elizabeth N. Schwartz, 91, of rural Berne, IN, passed away at 2:30 AM on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at her home in Berne, IN.  She was born on Wednesday, February 1, 1933. She was married to the late Amos M.  Schwartz. Elizabeth was of the Old Order Amish Church.

(Ann) Schwartz, Bryant, IN, Solomon F. (Edna) Schwartz, Geneva, IN, Enos F. (Emma) Schwartz, Berne, IN, Emanuel F. (Elizabeth) Schwartz, Berne, IN, daughters - Mrs. Joe H. Christine F. Schwartz, Monroe, IN, Mrs. Michael C. Margaret Schmidt, Salem, IN, Paul J. Catherine Graber, Spencerville, IN, Mrs. Daniel E. Josephine F. Schwartz, Connersville, IN, Mrs. Samuel A. Verina F. Schmidt, Carlisle, KY, Mrs. Paul D. Mary F. Eicher, Berne, IN, Mrs. Jake E. Barbara F. Borntrager, Berne, IN, brothers - Noah N. Wengerd, Daniel N. Wengerd, sisters - Mrs. Mary N. Schwartz, Mrs. Margaret N. Eicher, and Mrs. Melvin (Becky) Schwartz.

She was preceded in death by her husband - Amos M. Schwartz, father - Noah N. Wengerd, mother - Christine (Wickey) Wengerd, daughter - Elizabeth Graber, son in law - Joe L. Schwartz, 7 grandchildren, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be held at the Emanuel F. Schwartz residence located at 7735 S. 150 W. Berne on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Emanuel F. Schwartz residence at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 31, 2024 with Emanuel F. Schwartz officiating. Interment will follow in the Bunker Hill Amish Cemetery.
