Judy D. Kelly, age 79, of Ceylon, IN, passed away at 7:57 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at her son's residence in Craigville, IN.  She was born on Friday, July 12, 1946, in Geneva, IN.  She married Jack Lee Kelly on Sunday, June 9, 1963 in Jay County, IN. Judy was a graduate of Geneva High School. She worked for EP Graphics in Berne, Chalet Village, Berne, IN, and worked in home health care for 8 years before retiring. Just enjoyed scrapbooking, camping, fishing, doing puzzles, and playing Bingo.

Judy will be forever missed by her daughter - Delia Bergman, Berne, IN, son - Brad (Tiffany) Kelly, Craigville, IN, daughter - Elizabeth Kelly, Geneva, IN, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brother - Mike Hough, Geneva, IN, brother - Roger Hough, Alexandria, IN, sister - Brenda (Rick) Lea, Portland, IN, sister-in-law - Deb Hough, Geneva, IN, and many adopted grandchildren and nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband - Jack Lee Kelly, father - Robert Ivan Hough, mother - Crystal (Grogg) Hough, daughter - Charlene Bergman, brother - Phil Hough, and sister- Wanda Langston.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home located at 100 N Washington Street Geneva on Monday, April 27, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and one hour prior to services on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

A service to celebrate Judy's life will be at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 with Joseph Aduma officiating.  Interment will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery.
