Kathy Jo (Sanxter) Golden, 75, of Fishers, Indiana, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away at 5:20 AM on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Lake Meadows in Fishers. She was born on Thursday, January 20, 1949, in Angola, Indiana to the late Kay DeVier and Mary Louise (Henny) Sanxter. Kathy was a 1967 graduate of Angola High School. She was employed by Marriott Hotels as a Personnel Manager for many years. Kathy loved to read and enjoyed spending time at the lake.

Loving survivors include her sons, Matt (Wife, Sara) Denig, of Fishers, IN, Chad (Wife, Natasha) Ward, of Michigan, grandchildren, Cruz Denig, Cameran Denig, Rhianna and Dawson Ward. sister, Karen (Husband, Steve) Hagan, of Florida, brother, Kent (Wife, Kay) Sanxter, of Fort Wayne, IN, and ex-husband, Greg Golden, of Cincinnati, OH.

A funeral service to celebrate Kathy's life will be held at Nevada Mills Community Church located at 4710 W Bachelor Rd. Angola, IN 46703, at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Burial will follow at Circle Hill Cemetery, located at 805 S. Washington Street, Angola with Pastor Tracey Zimmerman officiating.
