Linda F. Turner, age 76, of Montpelier, IN, passed away at 8:50 PM on Monday, September 15, 2025 with her family by her side at her home. She was born on Tuesday, April 26, 1949, in Newport News, VA.  She married James H. Turner on Friday, May 19, 1967, in Battle Creek, MI. Linda attended Central High School in Battle Creek, MI. She was a member of the Old Time Church. She worked for BRC, Sheller Globe, and Smith Consulting all of Montpelier. Linda loved to read the Bible, enjoyed listening to Christian music, and above all cherished the time she spent with her family.

She will be forever missed by her husband - James H. Turner, Montpelier, IN, daughter - Annette (A.J.) Nelson, Montpelier, IN, son - Danny (Lisa) Turner, Montpelier, IN, grandchildren - Jeremy Bowman, Cody Turner, & Jonah Turner, great grandchildren - Devon Bowman, Levi Bowman, Jazzlynn Turner, Axton Turner & Benson Turner, sisters - Brenda Neff, Idaho, Sue Thompsett, Battle Creek , MI, & Mary Brandt, Battle Creek , MI, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father - Ernest Connor, mother - Mildred (Dyess) Carson, and brother - Allen Connor.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home located at 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, IN. on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and one hour prior to services on Monday.

A service to celebrate Linda's life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 22, 2025 with Rev. Ferrell Long officiating.  Interment will follow in the Brookside Memorial Park in Montpelier.
