Marilyn E. Dennis, 70, of Hartford City, IN, passed away at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at IU Health-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.  She was born on Thursday, April 24, 1952, in Marion, IN.  Marilyn was the first class to graduate from the Blackford High School in 1970. She had worked for Overhead Door Corp., Premix for 10 years, and Carey Services all of Hartford City. Marilyn enjoyed cooking and loved spending time with her family.

She will be sadly missed by her Son - Tony Dennis W., Hartford City, IN, Daughter - Tonya L. (Jody) Bilbrey, Hartford City, IN, Grandchildren - Trevin W. (Autumn) Bilbrey, Gas City, IN, Terrin W. Bilbrey, Hartford City, IN, Olivia G. Bilbrey, Hartford City, IN, Brother - Melvin Hanthorn, Hartford City, IN, and Nieces- Lesa Kistler, Amy Rendon, & Angie Hanthorn.

She was preceded in death by her Father - Hanthorn, Harvey, Mother - Hazel (Boucher) Hanthorn, and Brother - Marvin Hanthorn.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

A service to celebrate Marilyn's life will follow at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2022 with Pastor Troy Kaufman officiating.  Interment will follow in the Brookside Memorial Park in Montpelier.
