Mark A. Brown, 68 of Hartford City, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.

Mark was born on December 25, 1956, in Portland, Indiana. He grew up working on cars and had a passion for restoring old cars all his life. He enjoyed working as a mechanic and an auto-body man, and took pride in his work.

Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Randy Brown, stepfather, John Smith and brother-in-law, Bob Sills.

Loving survivors include his mother, Margaret (Bookout) Smith of Hartford City, IN, father, Ralph "Red" (Mary) St. Myers of Jay County, IN, siblings, Barb Sills, Larry Brown, Yolanda (Steve) Bennett, Valerie (Stan) Miller, Robert Brown, Doug (Mary) St. Myers, Shumain Clem, Charlotte St. Myers, Shane St. Myers, and several nieces & nephews, many great nieces & nephews and beloved dog, Zuke.

Friends and family may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home located at 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, IN 47359, on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 4pm to 8pm. A funeral service will begin at 7pm with Pastor Kevin Lex officiating and then visitation will resume after. Interment will take place at a later date.
