Marlene L. Schwartz, 6 days old, of rural Monroe, IN, passed away at 3:43 PM on Monday, January 8, 2024 at Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne, IN.  She was born on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, in Decatur, IN. Marlene was of the Old Order Amish Church.

Survivors include her Father - Menno L. Schwartz, Monroe, IN, Mother - Ruth J. (Schwartz) Schwartz, Monroe, IN, Maternal Grandparents - Stephen S. & Joann Schwartz, Monroe, IN, Paternal Grandparents - Menno A.L. & Lidya E.S. Schwartz, Monroe, IN, Maternal Great Grandparents - John N. & Susanne E. Troyer Schwartz, Monroe, IN, Maternal Great Grandfather - John F. Schwartz, Berne, IN, Paternal Great Grandmother - Emma K. Schwartz, Monroe, IN, and Paternal Great Grandmother - Anna R. Schwartz, Berne, IN.

Visitation will be held at the Menno L. Schwartz residence 5366 E. 200 S. Monroe, IN. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.

A Funeral Service will be held at Menno L. Schwartz residence at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 with Bishop Menno Christner officiating.  Interment will follow in the East Salem Amish Cemetery in Monroe.
