Mattie M. Stacy, 58, of Montpelier, IN, passed away at 9:32 PM on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at IU Health-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.  She was born on Tuesday, October 19, 1965, in Chicago, IL.  Mattie was raised in Krypton KY. She was a 1984 graduate of Buckhorn High School in Buckhorn KY. Mattie was a devoted follower of the Pentecostal church. She loved arts and crafts.

Mattie will be missed by her mother - Jeanette (Neace) Campbell, Montpelier, IN, daughter - Rebecca Hudson, Montpelier, IN, grandchild - Terry (Jaiden) Adams, grandchild - Erin (Justin) Picco, grandchild - Carson Hudson, grandchild - Kora Speece, sister - Claudia Rockwell, nephew - Robert Rockwell, Jr.,  niece - Ricki Rockwell, nephew - Cody Rockwell, nephew - Eddie Stacy, nephew - Herbie Stacy, niece - Donna Stacy, great niece - Amy Curtis, sister - Sandra Wooton, nephew - William (Nichole) Wooton, nephew - Daniel Wooton, nephew - Nathan Wooton.

She was preceded in death by her father - Herbert Campbell

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, IN on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

A service to celebrate her life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 2, 2024, with Stevie Garrett officiating.
