Michael Ray Hamilton, 59, of Muncie, IN, formerly of Hartford City passed away at 4:35 PM on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at Morrison Woods Health Campus in Muncie, IN. He was born on Friday, October 29, 1965, in Hartford City, IN. Michael was a graduate of Blackford High School. He had worked as a cook for Nicks in Huntington, Bandido's in Portland, and for Amishville Restaurant. Michael enjoyed CB radios, hunting, and fishing.

He will be sadly missed by his Mother - Rita Jean (Kellogg) Morgan, Montpelier, IN, Former Wife - Kathy McGlothen, Muncie, IN, Daughter - Draven Hamilton, Muncie, IN, Sons- Aaron Hamilton, Oak Ridge, TN, Thomas Hamilton, Dunkirk, IN, Daughter - Brandy Hamilton, Orlando, FL, Brothers - James (Amy) Morgan, Hartford City, IN, Bill (Jenn) Morgan, Hartford City, IN, Rick (Margaret) Morgan, Rickman, TN, and 2 Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Father - Paul William Hamilton.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home located at 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

A service to celebrate Michael's life will follow at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025 with Pastor Steve Loft officiating.  Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Montpelier.
