Michael P. Shadle, 78, of Shelbyville, IN, formerly of Montpelier, Zionsville, and Paoli passed away at 9:44 AM on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Major Health Partners Hospital in Shelbyville, IN.  He was born on Wednesday, February 14, 1945, in Muncie, IN.  He married Carolyn (Dixon) Shadle on Thursday, October 15, 1981 in Paoli, IN. Michael was a 1963 graduate of Montpelier High School. He was a member of the Zionsville Presbyterian Church. He had owned an Inn in North Carolina and owned residential and commercial properties in Indianapolis. Michael was a member of the Montpelier Fire Dept., and the Zionsville Rotary Club.

Michael will be sadly missed by his Wife - Carolyn (Dixon) Shadle, Shelbyville, IN, Son - Michael (Mick) Shadle, Shelbyville, IN, Daughters - Tamara Ifon, Shelbyville, IN, Rebecca Schaper, Columbia City, IN, Chelsi (Paul) Stewart, Shelbyville, IN, Sister - Connie J. (Ralph) Warner, Poneto, IN, Niece - Melissa (Tripp) Powell, Grandchildren - Nicholas Lawson, Jeremy Schaper, Matthew Shadle, Megan Zent, Leann Johnson, Kaci Sheets, Breanna Schaper, Ryan Shadle, Madison Sharp, and 13 Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Father - Herman LeRoy Shadle, Mother - Doris Mae (Ruble) Shadle, and Infant Sister - Julie Shadle.

There will not be any calling or service.
