Myron D. Love, age 82, of Montpelier, IN, passed away at 10:35 AM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, IN.  He was born on Sunday, August 30, 1942, in Hartford City, IN. to Guy Jarrett and Hazel Ruth (Dill) Love.  He married Sherry Taylor Love on Thursday, November 22, 1962 in Montpelier, IN.  He attended Montpelier High School. Myron attended the Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene in Montpelier. He worked at RCA in Marion and later retired from Fisher Body after 35 1/2 years of service. Myron was a member of the Fisher Body Sympathy Club, Retread Motorcycle Club, and the U.A.W #977.

He will be sadly missed by his Wife - Sherry E. (Taylor) Love, Berne, IN, Daughters – Leslie Love (Husband-Dwight) Brewer, Montpelier, IN, Jodi Love (Husband-Paul) Catterson, Montpelier, IN, Son -in-law- Bob Guntle, Portland, IN, Sisters- Irene Love, OK, Marolyn Love, OK, Grandchildren-  Brett Stevens, Brandi Wheeler, Brittani Hendel, Zach Guntle, Matthew Brewer, Wesley Brewer, Kyra Catterson, Josie Abraham, & Brinna Catterson, 15 Great Grandchildren, and several Nieces & Nephews that he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Daughters - Connie (Love) Guntle, Beverly (Love) Trees, Brothers – Gerald, Larry, Lavaugh, Keith, & Harold Love, Sisters - Alice Lee, Dorothy Jester, LaVerne Winans, Mary Jean Carver, Betty Rinker, Maxine Hallas, Margaret Slentz, and Carolyn Love.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home located at 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, IN.  on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A service to celebrate Myron's life will be at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 21, 2025 with Pastor Jesse Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park, Montpelier, IN.
