Raymond M. Schwartz, 89, of rural Geneva, IN, passed away at 10:10 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at his home. He was born on Tuesday, April 6, 1937, in Berne, IN. Raymond was of the Old Order Amish Church. He worked in construction and carpentry.

Survivors include his Children - Sam & Mary Girod, Salem, IN, Willie & Becky Girod, Salem, IN, Ernest & Lucy Girod, Geneva, IN, Raymond & Dehlia Schwartz, Berne, IN, Jake & Mandy Wickey, Connersville, IN, Jake & Maggie Schwartz, Geneva, IN, Willie Schwartz, Geneva, IN, Nathaniel Schwartz, Geneva, IN, Joe & Lizzie Girod, Berne, IN, Ernest & Katie Eicher, Connersville, IN, Sarah Schwartz, Geneva, IN, Jacob & Bertha Wickey, Geneva, IN, Marvin & Susan Schwartz, Connersville, IN, 11 Brothers, 7 Sisters, 92 Grandchildren, and several Great Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Parents- Jacob E. and Mary M. (Miller) Schwartz, 1st Wife - Josephine G. Schwartz, 2nd Wife- Mary N. Schwartz, and 2 Grandchildren.

Visitation will be at the Schwartz residence 9263 S. 150 W. Geneva on Friday, September 25, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

Funeral Services will be at the Schwartz residence at 9:00 AM on Sunday, September 27, 2026 with Bishop Ernest B. Girod officiating. Interment will follow in the Bunker Hill Amish Cemetery in Geneva.
