Rikki Anne Rumple, 31, of Van Buren, Indiana, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024, in Hartford City.

Rikki was born on March 16, 1993, to Sherry (Taylor) and Dan Rumple. She graduated from Eastbrook High School in 2011. Rikki played the alto saxophone in school. She enjoyed reading, being outside and collecting rocks. Rikki loved her family and many friends, and spending time with her cat, Mazaking. Rikki was passionate about mental health and had even started an online blog called, "Because Everyone Cares".

Rikki will be deeply missed by her father, Dan Rumple of Van Buren, siblings, Karrie Jo Anderson of Coldwater, MI, Daniel (Shelby) Rumple of Van Buren, IN, Matthew Rumple of Van Buren, IN, Joah (Jessica) Rumple of Marion, IN, and Rayne Rumple of Van Buren, IN, grandmother, Susie Taylor of Marion, IN, partner, William Shaw of Hartford City, IN, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Rikki was preceded in death by her mother, Sherry Rumple, siblings, Noah Gene Rumple and Julie Anne Willhide, niece, Daneka Jayne Harwood Rumple, uncle, Terry Taylor, uncle, Jon Rumple, aunt, Cindy Rice, and paternal grandparents, Gene and Joan Rumple.

Friends and family may gather to celebrate Rikki's life at Van Buren Church of the Vine's fellowship hall located at 105 S. 2nd St Van Buren, IN 46991, on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 2pm to 5pm.
