Ronald D. Cook, 67, of Montpelier, IN, passed away at 1:34 PM on Saturday, February 8, 2025 following an auto accident that took place south of SR 18 and Balbec Rd. He was born on Saturday, July 20, 1957, in Decatur, IN.  He married Juli (Burleson) Cook on Friday, October 22, 1982 in Montpelier, IN. Ron attended Southern Wells High School. He worked for Montpelier Glove & Safety for several years and drove for Amish families. Ron enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, canoeing, hunting, carpentry, and working on small engines. Ron was always there to help anyone out.

Ron will be sadly missed by his wife of 41 years, Juli (Burleson) Cook, Montpelier, IN, son, Robert W. Cook, Montpelier, IN, granddaughter, Kaylee Murdock, Ohio,  brother,  Rick Cook, Petroleum, IN, sister, Rachel (Tim) Sills, Dunkirk, IN, brother,  Rock (Joann) Cook, MI,  sister, Renee Cook, Hartford City, IN,  sister, Rolella Cook, Dunkirk, IN, sister, Robin Cook, Dunkirk, IN, uncle, Bill (Carol) Cook, Zanesville, IN, uncle, Marvin (Rochelle) Cook, Geneva, IN, and several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard H. Cook, mother, Joyce (Myers) Cook, grandson, Justus W. Cook, granddaughter, Raelynn M. Cook, and brother, Randall Cook.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home located at 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Friday, February 14, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
