Ronald Jay Neal Duke, 67, of Hartford City, IN, passed away at 8:47 PM on Friday, December 8, 2023 at his home in Hartford City, IN.  He was born on Wednesday, August 22, 1956, in Portland, IN. to Tommy Jack & Cynthia Joan (Bookout) Duke. He married Patricia Ann (Franks) Duke on Saturday, June 18, 1977 in Hartford City, IN. Ronald attended Blackford High School, Hartford City, IN. He attended the Bethel Worship Center in Marion, IN. Ronald was a Journeyman Plumber Local Union 166. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, liked tinkering around, and above all loved spending time with his family.
