Sandra "Sandy" Louise Haynes, 73 of rural Wells County, Indiana, passed away at her home on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

Sandy was born on November 17, 1951, in Marion, Indiana, to Rexford and Velma (Clark) Ratliff. She graduated from Eastbrook High School. Sandy enjoyed going camping at Lost Bridge East at Salamonie and spending time with her family.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Randy Ratliff and David Ratliff.

Loving survivors include her sons, Sean (Cathryn Hygema) Koontz, Noel (Molly) Koontz, and Paul (Ashley) Haynes, brothers, Rex Ratliff and Mark Ratliff, and longtime companion, Mel Shideler.

In honor of Sandy's wishes, no public services will be held and the family will celebrate her life privately.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home in Warren, Indiana.
