Scot R. Messer, 61, of Winchester, IN, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at his home in Winchester, IN. He was born on Sunday, September 24, 1961, in Winchester, IN. to Bob & Carol (Johnson) Messer.
Scot will be sadly missed by his siblings- Kendra (Jim) Payne, Randy Messer, and Brian (Natalie) Messer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no visitation or services at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Walker & Glancy Funeral Home in Montpelier.
